Comprehensive Planning

Our casino parties are successful because we offer a level of service that is incomparable in the industry, from the initial conversation to the final "Good Night."

We will meet with you and your event planner and venue contact to design floor plans and arrange scheduling. If requested, we can also assist with venue selection, theme development, additional entertainment, decor and catering.

Prior to the start of your event, our Pit Boss will review with you the evening's plans and schedule, and make any necessary last minute changes to ensure a successful and trouble-free event.

Staffing

Events Extraordinaire understands that people make the difference and we take great pride in our staff of specially trained dealers. To ensure a smooth and trouble-free event, each party is managed by a Pit Boss who will handle all of your casino party needs.

Our Pit Bosses are professionally attired in suits and our dealers outfitted in tuxedo shirts and our trademark red bow ties and cummerbunds. Or, they will dress to fit your theme party.
